Shop Policies

Shipping & pickup

• In person: right now we sell at a local flea market booth in Ohio. Booth dates will be posted on our News page.
• Local pickup: email us to arrange a pickup in Ohio. There’s no charge for pickup.
• Shipping: once our Etsy shop is live, shipped orders will go through Etsy. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout before you pay.
• STL files are digital downloads. Nothing ships.

Returns & refunds

• Physical items (cards, games, props): if you’re not happy, contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Unused items in their original condition can be returned for a refund or exchange.
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method once we receive the item. Orders placed on Etsy also follow Etsy’s own purchase protection.
• STL files: because digital files can’t be sent back, file sales are final. If a file is broken, won’t open, or isn’t what was described, tell us and we’ll fix it or refund you.

Damaged or misprinted items

If something arrives broken, or a card deck or print has a manufacturing mistake, email us within 14 days with your order details and a photo. We’ll repair, replace or refund it. In most cases you won’t need to send the damaged item back.

Custom orders

• We agree on the design, finish, price and timeline by email before any work starts.
• For larger builds we may ask for a deposit before starting. We’ll tell you up front if so.
• Custom pieces are made just for you, so they can’t be returned for a change of mind. They’re still covered if they arrive damaged or aren’t what we agreed.

Privacy

• Contact form: collects your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message, so we can reply.
• “Get notified” signup: collects only your email address, so we can send one note when the shop opens.
• Forms are delivered to our shop inbox either through Formspree (a form-delivery service) or through your own email app. We don’t sell, rent or share your details, and we only use them for the reason you gave them.
• Want your details deleted? Email earthexportsshop@gmail.com and we’ll remove them.
• This site has no ads and no analytics trackers. It only remembers your Earth/Space hero view choice in your browser for the current visit.

STL file license

Personal license (the standard purchase):

• Print as many copies as you like for yourself, or to give away as gifts.
• Paint, modify or remix the prints for your own use.
• You may not sell prints made from the files.

Commercial license (by request):

• Selling prints made from our files needs a commercial license. Email us and we’ll agree the terms (for example, how many prints) in writing.

For everyone:

• Please don’t share, upload, resell or give away the files themselves, or remixed files that contain them. This applies under every license.
• The designs stay ours. Buying a license gives you permission to print them, not ownership of the design.
• We test every file, but results depend on your printer and settings. If a file itself is faulty, we’ll fix it or refund you.

Props & safety

Our props and relics are decorative display pieces, not toys. Some contain small parts, magnets or batteries, so please keep them away from young children and pets. They’re fictional objects and have no real function.
